Client: Time, Inc. Custom Publishing for Ford
Challenge: To increase the level of 1-1 personalization within the MyFord custom publication while streamlining the print and postal processes for cost savings and accuracy.
Solution: The QuadData Solutions and Direct Marketing teams collaborated to create a personalization, print and postal optimization plan that would allow Ford to demographically customize each piece, reduce production turntimes and reduce the total number of mailstreams.
Components: Demographic data management, personalized letter and bound-in reply card, Smart Match binding and data driven laser imaging.
Result: Increased dealer lot visitors and dealer participation in the MyFord program. The optimized print and postal plan resulted in savings of approx. $90,000 per mailing.
