Challenge: QuadData Solutions was forced to spend considerable time altering Newsweek´s fulfillment house provided mail list files to ensure data accuracy, entry points and in-home windows. Also, the files didn´t allow Newsweek to maximize its postal discounts.

Solution: QuadData Solutions now prepares all of Newsweek´s U.S. mail, including presort, address correction, address hygiene, version tallies, ink-jet formatting and output, entry point segmentation and postage statements for all plants that produce the title, even those outside of Quad.

Results: The streamlined approach to mail prep, sortation and distribution gives Newsweek a new level of flexibility. QuadData Solutions is able to prepare and transmit file lists to all printers quickly and accurately and has saved Newsweek significant postage costs through additional postal presort discounts.
