Challenge: Because they focus on selling directly to businesses who typically buy their
products using purchase orders, Gopher Sports was having a very difficult time tracking response
and key codes from their catalogs and direct mail. This limited the types and amount of analysis
that could be performed to improve future campaigns and create efficiencies in their list selections.
Solution: QuadData Solutions performed a response matchback analysis after each mailing, matching each
purchase up to the key coded catalog that prompted it.
Results: The response analysis generated by QuadData Solutions helped Gopher Sport understand more about
who was buying and from which catalog. This enabled them to make more educated decisions regarding
their input lists and to optimize their future mailings.
